Statement of Faith
- The Bible is the living word of God inspired by the Holy Spirit. Bible is the foundation of our FAITH. Everything written in the Bible in the New Testament and the Old Testament. We believe that they are blessed by God. (2 Timothy 3:16)
- There is only one God, eternally existent in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (1 John 5:7)
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that he was born of the Virgin Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit and appeared as a perfect man, a perfect God. (Matthew 1:23)
- We believe that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is still seeking and saving the lost, bringing all that will receive His love into eternal relationship with Him. (Hebrews 13:8)
- We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, and rose again the third day according to Scripture to intercede for us . (Luke 24:46,47)
- We believe that he will be physically taken to heaven and will certainly return one day from where he was at the right hand of the Father . (Romans 8:34)
- All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God, and therefore our need of salvation through divine grace offered by Christ’s sacrificial death on the cross, His resurrection and ascension to God the Father. (Romans 3:23-24)
- Every Christian must enjoy the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthian 3:16)
- We believe he still empowers His people with the Holy Spirit to be His witnesses to the world around us and that the Holy Spirit still releases His gifts through us just as He did in the book of Acts.(Acts 1:8)
- We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit work according to what is written in the Scriptures and as it happened in the early churches . (Acts 2:1-4; 1 Cor 12:8-11)
